Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and protect your credentials. Your account is personal and you are responsible for its activity.
Nature of the service
Molda helps organize routines and record workouts. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace professional care. Stop exercising and seek qualified advice if you feel pain or discomfort.
Acceptable use
- Do not compromise security, availability, or third-party accounts.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading content or content that violates third-party rights.
- Do not use the service beyond personal workout tracking without authorization.
Your uploads
You retain rights to uploaded photos, videos, and descriptions and confirm you may use them. You grant Molda a limited license to store, process, and display them only to operate the service. When the account is deleted, media is erased; non-personal metadata for an exercise already in use may remain without a link to you.
Intellectual property
Molda’s brand, software, design, and proprietary catalog are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer rights in them to you.
Availability and changes
This version is free and may change, be temporarily unavailable, or add paid features later. Charges will be disclosed before purchase under clear terms and, when necessary, renewed acceptance.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms, subject to applicable law and advance notice where possible.
Liability
Molda is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for training decisions, harm from improper use, or third-party failures. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Itu, São Paulo are selected without limiting any consumer forum guaranteed by law. Material changes will be communicated and may require renewed acceptance.
